Product Overview
This high-performance intumescent sealant is supplied in 310ml cartridges. It is a water-based acrylic emulsion containing graphite, designed to restore fire resistance and insulation performance in compartment walls and floors penetrated by building services. The sealant expands under heat to seal voids left by combustible materials, preventing the passage of flames, smoke, and hot gases during fire conditions.
Formulated for both combustible and non-combustible services, this sealant provides a reliable, high-expansion barrier for pipes, cables, and insulated metalwork. It reacts at approximately 135°C, rapidly increasing in volume to close openings and restore fire integrity.
