Product Overview
This high-performance fire-rated expanding foam is a one-component polyurethane solution perfect for manual application. Designed to provide a medium-performance fire-resistant seal, it is ideal for construction joints, service penetrations, door frames, and window surrounds. It forms a durable barrier against flame, smoke, and air movement, offering up to two hours of protection.
The foam expands approximately 1.5 to 2 times its original volume, making it suitable for filling smaller to medium cavities where controlled expansion is needed. Upon curing, it adheres excellently to most building materials, such as brick, concrete, plaster, metal, and timber.
Cutting, sawing, or plastering can be done just one hour after application, at working temperatures between +5°C and +25°C, facilitating efficient progress on active job sites. The 750ml can size provides optimal yield for professional use, expanding to approximately 1.2 to 1.5 litres when fully cured. Its hand-held format allows for convenient use straight from the can, making it ideal for site convenience or smaller sealing tasks.
