Product Overview
This high-performance fire and acoustic expanding foam in a 600ml canister is a single-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam designed for precision sealing, filling, and insulating applications. The foam expands upon contact with moisture, forming a stable, thixotropic structure that provides both fire resistance and superior sound insulation. Formulated with HCFC- and CFC-free propellants, it offers environmental safety without compromising performance.
Equipped with a patented applicator, the foam allows controlled, one-handed operation, ensuring accurate delivery and minimal waste during application. Once cured, it achieves a free-foamed density of approximately 40 kg/m³ and provides sound insulation up to 58 dB, with excellent adhesion to most construction materials except polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
